Our CBD oil range
CBD Oil – where it all started? – In attempting to find an alternative supplement to help us in our professional sporting lifestyles, we wound up right at CBD oil’s door.
Neither of us is a stranger to rigorous physical training, everyday muscle strain, and the difficulties that come along with it. And indeed neither of us is a stranger to the traditional medicines that professional and recreational athletes often turn to.
We were very eager to try a natural supplement and both felt that CBD was well worth a go.
But the road to safe and trustworthy UK’s CBD hemp oil was littered with obstacles and hurdles – poor regulations, unaccountable companies making sub-standard products, and customers using CBD oils that couldn’t be trusted. Throughout our careers we’ve been seeking a 100% natural supplement that we can trust, and that others can trust as well. Plot twist – we took matters into our own hands.

Our CO2 Extraction Process
With our CO2 extraction process, we can guarantee that our CBD oils are the highest grade available in the UK. We are dedicated to providing CBD oils that are pure, high quality, and above all safe. And this is why all fourfivecbd products are 3rd-party lab tested, guaranteed.
By independently testing our oils every step of the way for things like THC content, pesticides, solvents, microbial contamination, and heavy metals, we can be confident that our CBD oil is exactly what it’s advertised to be – totally transparent and perfectly pure. Since we kicked off, we have been here to protect our customers by providing the highest quality and most rigorously tested products available. If we couldn’t trust them for our athletic pursuits, why should you?
With only two natural ingredients blended in our unique spray bottle, our CBD oils are one-of-a-kind and perfect for boosting your healthy, active lifestyle.
But beyond this, they can help you rise and recover from injury or setback, and help you maintain an active lifestyle during the highs and lows of athleticism, sport, and exercise.
There came a time in our career when we wanted to offer a product for all our clients – something that allowed them to go about their day while still being able to easily dose their CBD. We wanted to create a CBD oil that could be used as an all-natural supplement to aid an active lifestyle and everything that comes along with it, the successes along with the setbacks, that didn’t get in the way.
We wanted to refine extraction and manufacturing so that we could guarantee a CBD oil with 0% THC, to offer a broad-spectrum CBD oil option that tested professionals and athletes can use to manage the drawbacks from living an active lifestyle.
With this goal in mind, we created a refined and sophisticated extraction method, and made 3rd party lab testing our standard rather than our privilege. Our 0% THC cbd oil is rigorously tested, undergoing two batch tests to ensure the CBD and THC contents.
The Difference Between Our Full and Broad Spectrum CBD Oils
There are three broad types of CBD oil, each with their own benefits and uses. The difference between the three comes down to how many other cannabinoids and phytochemicals, besides CBD, you will find in the CBD Oil you choose.
Full spectrum CBD oil, as the name suggests, contains all of the phytochemicals naturally found in the hemp plant without removing anything. This includes CBD, of course, but also other trace cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils. Full spectrum oils also contain trace amounts of THC – but these are never more than 1mg THC per product and are negligible enough that they will not produce any kind of ‘high’ feeling.
Although entirely non-psychoactive, full spectrum CBD oil may not be the right choice for professional athletes or other customers who can’t take the chance of having even trace amounts of THC in their system – for the purposes of drug testing or otherwise.
That’s where broad spectrum CBD comes in.
Broad spectrum CBD oil, then, contains CBD as well as a myriad of other phytochemicals and compounds found naturally within the hemp plant. However, the marked difference between broad and full spectrum oils is that all traces of THC are removed from broad spectrum oils after the initial extraction process. So, broad spectrum oils are just like full spectrum oils except for the THC part.
Broad spectrum oils are an excellent choice for anyone who needs to have the highest possible assurance of 0% THC in their oils, such as athletes or anyone regularly drug tested.
CBD isolate, then, is CBD oil where the only present compound is CBD and is made by carefully extracting CBD from all of the other ingredients present naturally in the hemp plant. This allows users to target solely from the effects of CBD.
At fourfivecbd, we offer Broad Spectrum 0% THC CBD Oil as well as Full Spectrum CBD Oils. But what’s the benefit of having more compounds available in the CBD oil you consume? Simply, having more cannabinoids and compounds in CBD oil is thought to produce what is known as the Entourage Effect. This is the idea that when all, or many, of the active compounds within hemp are left to their own devices, they work together to amplify the overall effects of the CBD oil – sort of like the total equating to more than the sum of its parts.
fourfivecbd want you to take full advantage to every great compound that naturally occurs in hemp, and that’s exactly why they have created a range of full and broad spectrum CBD oils. But to accurately and safely remove THC from our 0% THC Broad Spectrum oil, only the most rigorous extraction methods can ensure guaranteed purity. This is why our CO2 extraction method, and subsequent 3rd party lab testing, is so crucial, and so important.
What Is 3rd Party Lab-Testing?
fourfivecbd don’t just get their CBD oils 3rd party lab tested, they test all of their products in this way. Third party lab testing is the process of getting CBD tested by a company that has no affiliation with the CBD manufacturer. The lab will perform a scientific analysis of the CBD oil to determine what the products contain, and how much.
Because many CBD products on sale today don’t have source traceability, 3rd party lab tests are an objective, neutral, and unbiased measure that CBD companies and consumers can use to ensure that CBD companies are being truthful about what their products contain. Third party lab results, or certificates of analysis (COA) cannot be altered or published inaccurately, and this keeps consumers safe.
fourfivecbd ensure their products go through two independent lab tests during their manufacturing, and these tests are easily available to view online. These tests break down what is contained in our CBD, and include these metrics:
- The date the batch was received/tested
- The presence and percentage of different cannabinoids (like CBD and THC) within the product
- The presence, and hopefully absence, of any other compounds – these can include pesticides, heavy metals, mould
fourfivecbd want to be the game changer that the CBD industry needs. By ensuring that their Oils and products are rigorously tested, they help to change the landscape of the overall industry to make spotless standards of excellence, purity, cleanliness, potency and quality the norm rather than the privilege.
fourfivecbd CBD Oil Strength
Along with offering Full and Broad Spectrum CBD oils, fourfivecbd CBD oil comes in 3 different strengths. We understand the many different variables and needs that each person has. Our 500mg strength is ideal for beginners and for everyday use, much like a multivitamin or other supplement.
Our 1,000mg strength spray can help you recover after intense training or muscle strain. And, our strongest spray, 2,000mg, is intended for more advanced needs and recoveries.
But why are different strengths and doses so important? Let’s take a closer look.
There are several different variables to think about when considering which CBD oil strength is best for you, and at fourfivecbd we know that one size does not suit all. Factors that can affect dosing include:
- Body weight
- What you’re using CBD for
- Individual body chemistry. Eg. metabolism
- The concentration of CBD in the CBD oil you’re taking
Quite simply, everyone reacts a bit differently to CBD, and this depends partly on the body’s own naturally occurring CBD equivalent called Anandamide. Anandamide is the body’s own naturally occurring endocannabinoid, and due to simple biology, some people may produce more of this than others. It can be challenging to figure out how much CBD you should take, especially since there are no official recommended dosages to use as a guide.
If your body doesn’t produce as much Anandamide naturally, you may need to take a higher dose of CBD. The opposite is also true – if your body produces more Anandamide, you may require a smaller dose of CBD to boost your ECS. So, the combination of our own Anandamide together with factors such as the strength or dose of the CBD product can make for different effects. Here our fourfivecbd’s trusted guidelines for ensuring you pick the dose that’s right for you:
- We recommend starting with a low strength/dose CBD oil first, like fourfivecbd’s 500mg CBD Oil – at least until you gauge how your body reacts to CBD more generally.
- Remember, because everybody’s biochemistry is different, not everyone will react the same or experience the same effects from CBD oil or other CBD products.
- Work your way up slowly. It can take several weeks for CBD to build up in your system with continual daily usage. We suggest starting with a low dose and increasing this by 5mg a week until you’re comfortable with the dose.
- Talk to your doctor before trying CBD, especially if you are taking medications
Because oils can be especially hard to dose, fourfivecbd have created a fool-proof spray applicator where one spray is the equivalent of one dose. This spray presentation makes measuring doses easier than ever.

Dosing fourfivecbd CBD Oil
Here is our CBD Oil dosing table:

What is fourfivecbd CBD oil made from?
fourfivecbd CBD oil is available in either our Broad Spectrum 0% THC CBD Oil, or our Full Spectrum CBD Oil. We want our CBD oils to be as simple and pure as possible, so besides including Full or Broad Spectrum CBD, the only other ingredient is our carrier oil.
A carrier oil, as the name suggests, is used to ‘carry’ CBD into the system so that our bodies can better absorb it. All fourfivecbd CBD Oils use MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) as their carrier oil.
These medium length chains of fat, because of their shorter length compared to other fats, are digested more readily and easily by the body. This means that CBD is more easily absorbed by the system.
Will fourfivecbd CBD Oil make you feel high?
Although our Full Spectrum CBD Oil contains trace amounts of THC, the cannabinoid that indeed produces psychoactive effects, the amount of THC in all of our products is below the allowable, legal threshold of 0.2% – as our third party lab tests can attest. So, absolutely not, our CBD oils will not produce a psychoactive effect – guaranteed.
Can you take too much CBD oil?
Sometimes it can be difficult to know how much CBD to take and to know if you’ve taken too much as there are few known side effects to indicate this. However, fourfivecbd urge users to please keep in mind that we do not recommend exceeding 70mg of CBD supplement per day.
Can CBD Oil Expire?
Yes, CBD oils do technically expire. So, whenever you purchase a CBD oil from fourfivecbd, first check its expiration date to make sure that you can finish consuming the bottle’s contents before the date has arrived.
What’s the best way to store fourfivecbd CBD Oils?
The most optimal place for storing your CBD product is the pantry where it is dark, dry, and cool. You may also keep your CBD oil in the refrigerator, but please always stick to the expiration date on the bottle.
Is fourfivecbd CBD Oil Non-GMO?
Yes, our plants are grown without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilisers or harmful chemicals.
